The Cars hit the Road for First Time in 23 Years.

The Cars have begun their first tour since 1988. They’ve done a few shows so I’m guessing people would love to know what tunes they’re doing. I love reading set lists! I always hated, years ago, opening up a newspaper to read a review and not getting hardly any information on what they played. I’ve read some where at most, three songs were mentioned. If you’re like me, they number one question I always had was, “What did they play?”

The last time they played Los Angeles was 1987 according to Greg Hawkes.   They make their return as a quartet as bassist / vocalist Benjamin Orr lost his fight against pancreatic cancer in 2000. A substantial loss indeed.
