Yesterday we learned that Billy Corgan and his band the Smashing Pumpkins will release their seventh album Oceana on June 19th. EMI will be the label.  He also recently sat down with Alex Jones of infowars.com and discussed a number of issues. Topics included the impact social media has on the music business, the role of the musician in society, the ever evolving left-right paradigm, the occupy wall street movement, and the noticeable spiritual awakening that threatens the very core of the globalist agenda.

As far as the new album, here’s what EMI’s Mike Harris had to say about it: “We are thrilled to extend the long-term partnership between The Smashing Pumpkins and EMI with the release ofOceania. Everybody at EMI is looking forward to working closely with Billy [Corgan] and the band to help them deliver their vision and their music to fans around the world.”
