Tom Waits to Make Two Late Night Talk Show Appearances in July.

Tom Waits has just announced that his rescheduled late night talk show visits will be held in July. He’ll be an interview guest and will also perform on The Late Show with David Letterman on July 9th and he’ll follow up doing the same the next night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

It will be the first televised performances of songs from his last album, Bad As Me. 

His band will include Casey Waits on drums, long time bassist Larry Taylor, guitarist David Hidalgo, keyboardist Augie Myers and guitarist Big Bill Morganfield.

The show were originally scheduled for April. No reason was even given for the postponement. It also was not announced if Tom would be also doing one of the internet only concert performances on the Letterman show that have become very popular the last couple of years.
