Bob Dylan to Release 35th Album “Tempest” on Sept. 11th

Bob Dylan’s camp has just announced that his new album will be titled Tempest. It will be released on September 11th.  It will be released on Columbia Records on the 50th anniversary of Bob first album, also on Columbia.

It was produced by Jack Frost and will feature ten new original Dylan tracks. Preorders are being taken now via iTunes and Amazon.

The title track clocks in at exactly 14 minutes and is about the Titanic. The final song on the album was written as a tribute to John Lennon and is said to reference songs from John’s career.
