Once again, David Letteman’s Late Show is providing us with some of the coolest on line concert performances. The latest was  this Monday as The Band Of Horses took the stage.

The show was streamed exclusively from the Ed Sullivan Theater Monday September 17th at 8PM ET, 7 CT, but we have it on demand below.

Band of Horses performed songs from throughout their career, including new music from their forthcoming album, Mirage Rock, which will be released on Sept. 18, the day after their Live On Letterman performance.

They are singer/guitarist Ben Bridwell, drummer Creighton Barrett, multi-instrumentalist Ryan Monroe, bassist Bill Reynolds and guitarist Tyler Ramsey. The Charleston, S.C., outfit emerged with their first full-length album, Everything All The Time, featuring the epic “The Funeral,” which appeared in numerous television shows and commercials. Their 2007 sophomore effort, Cease to Begin, included the band’s first charting single “Is There A Ghost” and the stunning “No One’s Gonna Love You,” while 2010’s Infinite Arms, reached #7 on the Billboard 200, received a GRAMMY® nomination for Best Alternative Album and featured “Laredo,” one of Rolling Stone’s “50 Best Songs of 2010.” The group’s latest single, “Knock Knock,” precedes their fourth album Mirage Rock, available in stores on Sept. 18. Band of Horses has spent the summer touring as special guests of My Morning Jacket, performing at numerous festivals and preparing for a worldwide tour in support of Mirage Rock, including a run with Willie Nelson on the 2012 Railroad Revival Tour.
